 Sample Daily Schedule:

v   Upon Waking (7:00 AM): A glass of water. Sip on your Mint-Lime Lemonade throughout the morning.

v   Breakfast (8:00 AM): Strawberry Banana Smoothie. This provides a powerful, sustaining start to the day.

v  Lunch (12:30 PM): A solid, balanced meal (e.g., salad with lean protein).

v  Afternoon (3:30 PM): Sip on more Mint-Lime Lemonade or water.

v  Dinner (6:30 PM): A solid meal, alternatively, if you have a heavy lunch have the Mango Cardamom Smoothie for a light calming dinner.
