§ How It Works: Consume only the three products a day, plus plenty of water.
Sample Schedule:
v 7:30 AM: Warm water with lemon.
v 9:00 AM (Breakfast): Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Provides a solid foundation of calories and nutrients.
v 11:30 AM: Sip on Mint-Lime Lemonade.
v 1:30 PM (Lunch): Mango Cardamom Smoothie. Its digestive properties are perfect for midday.
v 4:00 PM: Sip on Mint-Lime Lemonade.
v 6:30 PM (Dinner): Strawberry Banana Smoothie OR Mango Cardamom Smoothie, depending on your preference. The mango may be more calming for the evening.
v Throughout the Day: Drink at least 2 litres of water and herbal teas.

Age & Gender Specific Considerations
- Children (5-12) take as an occasional snack or small meal. Not for cleansing. The smoothies are perfect for providing energy for school and sports.
- Adults (20-60) All three options are suitable, depending on health and goals. Females: The smoothies are excellent for bone health (calcium). Males: Great for refuel.
- For Weight Management: Stick to Option B plan.
- Pregnant/Breastfeeding take Only as a nutritious supplement with doctor's approval Do not do a cleanse. Ensure pasteurization is safe during pregnancy. Avoid any ingredients that may cause allergies.
- Elderly (60+) Primarily "Sip & Supplement" Plan. Focus on the smoothies for protein and calorie intake. The cardamom in the mango smoothie is excellent for digestion.
